Hi,


There's a skill called Counter Strike that acts as a defensive skill by absorbing dmg taken by surrounding allies, while punishing the first to dmg either the user or surrounding allies. 


Currently it's marginally viable as a useful skill, due to the long up-time/setup time (2-3 seconds). This renders the skill unreliable for punishing attackers.


Is there any chance this setup time could be shortened? If Guard has zero setup time, why doesn't this also have zero setup time? As the only 5th ring defensive role related skill for the tank class of UL, it breaths new life into the class if this is actually adjusted to be more user friendly. 


As of now, Soldier has no identity as a tank class aside from higher hp and heightened def scores. The skills should reflect the class' role as much as innate characteristics, all the other classes enjoy this. Why should Soldier class be excluded?
